Like monarch butterflies preparing for a long migration, you have spent these years growing, transforming, and gathering strength for the journey ahead. What began as curiosity blossomed into leadership, courage, and service.
You challenged yourselves to emerge from your comfort zones, trying new things, embracing uncertainty, and learning how to better serve your community. Like a caterpillar trusting the unseen work of the chrysalis, you embraced growth even when it was difficult, allowing yourselves to become something greater than you imagined.
As you spread your wings and begin your next migration, know that the impact you leave behind will continue to ripple through this community. The altars you helped build, the stories you helped uplift, the traditions you helped preserve, and the connections you forged will continue to bloom long after you have flown on.
