500' of scintillating climbing per lap! 10k does two laps. incredible beauty on never before accessed Forest Service land! You can snowshoe race! Groomed to meet USSSA National Qualifying Standards. you'll be entranced by our singletrack, descents, climbs, and fast groomed sections! Medals for 1-3 for men and women in Open (14-49 years old) and Masters (50+) divisions. Special Prize: Best Costume! Ribbons for kid's race

no Winter Warrior this year...have contacted Mark Elmore at USSSA; couldn't get a National Qualifier Course approved by the town of Silverton within the Permit Time...it's ALL ilg's bad...

the only upside is that i've pretty much secured the 2nd Sunday of each Feb to run the Winter Warrior 10K in Silverton in the years ahead with an even HIGHER commitment to our classic event in the mecca of endurance sports; Silverton, CO!

really, deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused y'all ... ilg could have done better, am dedicated to doing better for us in the years ahead.

just remember or ink it in now: 2nd Sunday each Feb in Silverton: THE WINTER WARRIOR 10K!
