The barns are quiet. The animals have gone home, the pens have been taken down, the ribbons and banners have found new homes, and another 4 County Fair is officially in the books.
As the dust settles, we’re reminded that the fair is about so much more than one week each year. It’s about the months of hard work, early mornings, late nights, and dedication that lead up to it.
To our exhibitors—thank you for your commitment, sportsmanship, and pride in everything you brought to the fair. You are the heart of this tradition.
To the parents, grandparents, families, and supporters—thank you for every early morning and late night, every word of encouragement, and every sacrifice made along the way.
To our volunteers, fair board members, superintendents, judges, sponsors, and everyone who gave their time behind the scenes—thank you. Your countless hours and dedication are what make this fair possible year after year.
And to everyone who filled the grandstands, walked through the barns, supported our youth at the auction, grabbed a bite to eat, or simply came to enjoy the fair—thank you for being part of the fair.
The banners may come down and the barns may be empty, but the memories, friendships, lessons, and traditions made this week will last far longer than the fair itself.
Thank you for making the 2026 4 County Fair such a success. We’ll be counting down the days until we do it all again. ❤️🌽🐖🐄🎡
