A little sunshine, a little downtown Dundee... what could be better on this 70 degree day? We visited Proof Dundee right on Main Street. We ordered the pretzel bites with pimento cheese, and the Italian sandwich, and let's just say... we'll be back!

We love supporting, and building up the local businesses that give our small town it's charm, bring our community together, and give visitors another reason to fall in love with the Finger Lakes.

We encourage all of our past, present, and future guests to visit Proof in downtown Dundee to experience all things local.
