Another year, another successful Run The Greenway! We are so thankful to be able to use this race as our opportunity to give back to the local Loudoun community. We hope you will join us again next year for our race's 5th year! Stay tuned for more details.

Congratulations to for being our top fundraising partner and having the top fundraising individuals for the second year in a row for this year's ! As a result, they received an additional $14,700 from the Dulles Greenway.

Food is fuel! On this final Training Tip Tuesday we want to make sure you come up with a plan to eat an hour before your run to boost energy without upsetting your stomach. Once you finish, you should eat within the next 15 minutes — it helps the body re-synthesize muscle glycogen and recover more quickly.
