Planning your big day? We’ve seen a LOT of beautiful weddings in our ballroom, and here are our top 5 tips to keep everything flowing smoothly and stress-free!

**1. Finalize Your Seating Chart**
We help by sending example floor plans to make planning easy! Having your seating chart completed ahead of time eliminates confusion and ensures guests are seated and settled before your grand entrance. There’s nothing better than walking into a room where everyone is ready and waiting for YOU. 🤍

**2. Consider Kids Meals**
Have little ones attending? We highly recommend choosing kids meals instead of paying the full per-plate price for the main entrée. You’ll save a little, and the kiddos will LOVE having a meal just for them. It’s a win-win!

**3. Late Night Food = A Must!**
This trend is here to stay — and we’re here for it! After hours of dancing, guests get hungry again. Our most popular late-night options are pizza and pretzel bites, and they are always a hit. Trust us… your dance floor crowd will thank you. 🍕🥨

**4. Dessert Tables Are Trending (and Stunning!)**
A dessert table adds both beauty and variety to your reception. Mini cupcakes, cookies, macarons, candy, ice cream cups, donuts, cheesecake bites — the options are endless! It creates a magical spread that keeps every sweet tooth happy and makes for gorgeous photos.

What a day at our Grand Tasting! ✨

We are still soaking it all in after such an incredible event at 7 Hills Ballroom Friday night. From the beautifully set tables to the laughter filling the room, it was everything we hoped for and more.

To all of our future brides & grooms — THANK YOU for spending your time with us. It means so much that you chose to envision your big day in our space. Seeing you with your families, tasting, touring, asking questions, and dreaming out loud about your wedding day is exactly why we love what we do. 🤍

To the parents, friends, and support crews who came along — we appreciate you just as much. Weddings truly are a family celebration, and we’re honored to be part of that journey. And a huge thank you to all the vendors who came out to the event as well!

And of course, a huge shoutout to our amazing staff. The setup, the food prep, the coordination, the behind-the-scenes hustle, none of it goes unnoticed. Your dedication and teamwork are what make events like this flow so seamlessly. We are beyond proud of this crew.

🤠 Line Dancing Update! 🤠

Due to a private event in the ballroom, **Line Dancing is canceled this Friday, February 20th.**

But don’t worry, we’ll be back at it the following Friday, February 27th, and ready to hit the dance floor with you! 💃🕺
