The Julien Dubuque International Film Festival is a four-day event in downtown Dubuque featuring unique film screenings and compelling community conversations with nationally renowned filmmakers, directors and actors. The Film Festival will continue to enhance Dubuque’s and the tri-states’ cultural identity and contribute to the excellent quality of life in the area by:

Using the newly renovated and gentrified downtown as the epicenter, the Film Festival re-creates and rediscovers local downtown businesses as unique and celebratory screening locations.
