Hey guys, summer is quickly approaching and it’s time for some outdoor volleyball! The following leagues will be available on Wednesday Evenings.

-Men’s 2’s (Sand)
-Women’s 2’s (Sand)
-Coed 2’s (Multi-Surface)
-Coed 3’s (Grass)

The leagues will begin Wednesday May 22 and continue every week until Wednesday August 7, with open play continuing until Wednesday September 18. Game times will begin at 5:30 and will end no later than 9pm.

Cost per person will be $50 and you can sign up for a minimum of 1 league, up to a maximum of 3 leagues.

Anyone willing to be a sub throughout the season, will be put on a list with their name and number, that will be available to all league members to be contacted if they are needed. (Please contact me and let me know if you are willing to be a sub throughout the season.)

On Wednesday May 15, we will be getting the courts ready for the season, starting around 5pm and open play will be available after the courts are ready. Any help is really appreciated.
Please let me know if you are available and coming to help.

Last but not least, signups will end Wednesday May 15, so schedules can be released Thursday May 16. Thank you guys, and please respond to me individually with names, numbers, and the leagues that you are signing up for.

Regardless of how many teams we get, to celebrate the last tourney of the year, we will be giving out $1500 to the winning team and $500 to 2nd (you cannot keep the giant checks however..lol).

$2,000 Treasure Lake Open is Saturday September 23rd and is Coed 2s. We will be paying out $1,500 for first place and $500 for 2nd place. Entry is $100 per team. We are taking the first 20 teams for this tournament and are at 6 right now before this advertisement. To register, respond in the comment section below and we will reach out to you.

Details
-Coed 2s
-Multi-Surface so play on Deep Sand, Shallow Sand and Grass.
-Highest combined level of partners skill level can be a strong A. So an open player can play with a BB player or worse and a AA player can play with an A player or worse. We will monitor this as close as we can do during these next 3 weeks.
-All courts will use Beach doubles rules and are short court.
-Pool play is rally scoring straight to 21.

-Top 8 teams will make the playoffs.

-All rounds of playoffs are a best of 3 to 21, win by 2, no cap and each match must be played on a different surface.

-Because 730 will likely be unplayable in late September, we will start at 8AM sharp for this tourney.

Should be a great one as our second to last of the year!

Congratulations to our Summer 2023 Coed Sand 2s League top finishers, Kody Trude and Reese Hazleton, Ryan Williams and Erica Selfridge and Jon Cannella and Abi Selfridge. Congratulations to our 2023 Men's 2 vs 2, Sand volleyball league runners up at New Providence Beach, John Willams and Ryan Williams. After entering the playoffs as a lower seed, this father and son duo battled their way to a 2-2, 12-7 lead in the best of 7 finals and had the Champs on the ropes.... you both should be proud. The next Treasure Lake Volleyball tournament is Coed Triples Multi-Surface on Sunday August 13th!!! We've never done this before but you'll play on Grass, Shallow Sand and Deep Sand in Triples. $75 a team entry with 100% payout to the winners.

We already have 4 teams signed up. If we get 10 or more we will split into an upper and lower bracket for playoffs and the lower bracket winner will play for free. You'll get to play everyone in pool play so alot of action. This is open to all levels of play from BB to Open and should be a great time. To register, text Jon at 330-881-6553
