The Sky Is Putting on a Show Tonight! 🌠 🌌

We’re right in the middle of the Northern Taurid meteor shower, as Earth passes through the trail left behind by Comet Encke. These meteors are known for their bright, slow-moving fireballs the kind that light up the entire sky and leave you in awe. Even with the glow of the Moon, a few will still steal the spotlight tonight.

Meanwhile, the Sun has been on fire — literally. The massive X5.1-class solar flare that erupted from sunspot AR4274 on November 11 has sent a wave of charged energy toward Earth.

So if the skies are clear where you are, step outside, look up, and let nature remind you how alive our universe really is.
