Doylestown 5K Race

Doylestown 5K Race This event is held each year on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. All proceeds will go directly to the enhancement of educational programs for the children.

Our race is one of a series and has the distinction of being the largest with over 700 runners annually. Discover Doylestown has been the keeper and creator of many of the borough's traditions since 1989, making Doylestown a wonderful place to live and visit. Our efforts include the:
Spring Hanging Flower Baskets, Doylestown Pride Festival, Doylestown Arts Festival, Holiday Celebrations & Tree Li

ghting, and so many more. Our Lady of Mount Carmel School is a parochial school of 400 students from pre-k to eighth grade.

Wow, wow, wow! What a day! We really meant it, the rain was just confetti celebrating the 33rd anniversary of the Doylestown 5K Race and our small part in the larger 30th anniversary season of the Bucks 5K Series!

We're still shouting it from the rooftops, thank you to the amazing runners, walkers, rockstar volunteers, sponsors, and race crew who braved our rain-soaked Doylestown 5K Race weekend. We've certainly got new stories to tell.  

Over 500 5K and Fun Runners braved the rain and chilly weather to race with us! This year, we were joined by runners from more than 12 states, including PA, NJ, VA, NY, and even from as far away as Wisconsin and California.

If you snapped any photos or videos of race day, we'd love to see them!

Funds raised through our race stay right here in our community, funding things like the flowering baskets you saw in town after the race, the holiday decorations hung each winter, town wide clean up days, Santa's cottage, the huge flag donated to the Fire Company displayed near the finish line, and so much more!

We're ready to get back to work for next year's 34th Doylestown 5K Race, so mark your calendars for Saturday, May 29, 2027

Runners 21+ can visit Puck Live! after the race with their 2026 race bib and ID to snag one! Those not running are also able to purchase drinks there as well! Most importantly, don't forget to tip your bartenders!

We know how crazy race day can get, so let's talk parking! The easiest place to park on race day is in the OLMC church lot (235 E State St) BUT it will close at 8:30 AM so we can begin setting up the start lines for the Fun Run and 5K.⁠
