For those coming out to the Loveland Naturals, the fun is just beginning!
We are 18 weeks out from show time. This is a good time to get with a coach if you haven’t done so already. Assess where you are in terms of weight and body comp, then set some safe, obtainable goals.... then attack them relentlessly!!
