Thank you to everyone who attended the 43rd annual Good Neighbor Day festivities on the 4th of July. We had 906 people participate in the foot race this year, more than we typically had pre-covid. In addition to the foot race, we were glad to see so many people participate in the canoe race, the duck race, the big wheel race, the Kid-K, and the bike decorating contest. Thank you to everyone who made this year’s event so special.

For next year, we are already hitting the ground running. We are raising the funds necessary to make a meaningful donation to the local fire and rescue squads while also having a fireworks display and an increased security presence.
