An important update regarding the T-County Holistic Wellness Expo

Thank you so much for your incredible support and commitment to the T-County Holistic Wellness Expo. We truly appreciate the energy and passion you bring to our local wellness community.
After gathering feedback from many of our interested vendors, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming event scheduled for Memorial Day. We heard consistently that there are significant scheduling conflicts with this holiday weekend.
Our goal is to ensure that when we host this expo, it provides the best possible experience, turnout, and connection for everyone involved. We want to honor the time and effort of our practitioners and guests by choosing a date that allows our community to show up in full force.
Stay tuned for future updates as we evaluate new opportunities to gather. Thank you for your understanding and for walking this journey with us. 🙏

Meet our host:
​Sarah DiFazio, E-RYT 500
Owner and Lead Teacher
Be Yoga Studios, LLC + Sound Sanctuary
​Sarah's journey began in 2005, shortly after the birth of her first son, when she was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that left her blind and with little hope for recovery. This challenging chapter initiated her exploration into alternative medicine and therapies to reclaim her health. After several months, she was fortunate to regain much of her sight. However, despite years of dedicated healthy eating and exercise, she found herself struggling with heightened stress and new physical issues, and the therapies that had once helped were no longer providing the relief she had hoped for.
​In 2013, encouraged by friends, Sarah stumbled upon a hot yoga studio. What she discovered there was transformative—a profound sense of peace and clarity that permeated not only her own life but also positively influenced her home environment and those around her. This experience was unlike anything she had encountered before, and it awakened in her a desire to share the healing power of yoga with her community.

​Today, Sarah returns as our host for the Second Annual 2026 Holistic Wellness Expo. She is a registered E-RYT 500 teacher, having accumulated over 6,000 hours of teaching yoga and meditation in various settings, including classes, teacher training, and private sessions. She is also the founder of a registered yoga school and a continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance. In addition, Sarah is a certified Sound Healer, I Am Yoga Nidra Teacher, and Reiki Master, specializing in helping others access deep relaxation and meditative states to unlock their own innate healing potential.
​Forever a student of yoga, Sarah feels deeply honored to share her practice with others and remains committed to growth, learning, and the exchange of wisdom.

Thank you for taking the time to check out Egidio’s profile for Pelotonia. This will be his tenth year participating. He’s excited to try out the new gravel course this year!

Each of us has experienced the devastation that Cancer causes, either directly or indirectly, and we all know that research for a cure and treatments is crucial to helping so many people we love.

We are so passionate about this cause, because 100% of the dollars raised by this event benefit cancer research at the James Cancer Center right here in Columbus. Please consider helping him exceed his goal in raising money for one of the largest cancer research fundraisers around.

Rudy Sunshine is out of her winter slumber and ready for her first gig of 2022 with ! At 45 years old, it was pretty impressive she started right up like she was ready to be back in the spotlight again.
