Rules Summary
• Application & approval required to participate
• No gory, graphic, or violent items
• No mass-produced resale without disclosure
• Family-friendly, respectful content only, ( please no swearing )
• No alcohol, raffles, or unapproved giveaways
• No electricity use
• No music, bells, chimes, or whistles unless approved for a presentation
• Vendors may not sell items already sold by The Groovy Witch
• Proof of insurance & full payment required before spot is confirmed
• Witches receive priority due to limited space
• No unauthorized use of the market name or promos
• All spaces must be left clean; damages are your responsibility
• Rules subject to change
