Meet at the Dover Elementary School parking lot by 9:30am
School address is 75 Pine Hill Road.
Remember kings and queens are responsible for their own transportation and signs - also make sure to wear your crown and sash!

It's Pageant Day!
We are excited to see everyone today. Please make sure to be on time, bring your best attitudes, and have fun!
Doors will open to the school at 1:55 pm
Check in is from 2:00-2:45pm
Pageant will start at 3:00pm
Contestants may practice on the stage during check in time. X's will be marked for you.
Please make sure to bring cash for admission and crowd favorite tickets.
Address for the school is 101 Pirates Loop.
Pageant will be in the Dover High School Auditorium/Cafeteria.
Please watch for signs to direct you to the building.

ALL CONTESTANT PLEASE READ- IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS AND INFORMATION!!
** The pageant is Saturday September 20.
Check in from 2:00-2:45pm and the Pageant starts at 3:00pm**
Doors will open to the building at 1:55pm

Address to the Dover High School is 101 Pirates Loop, Dover. There will be signs showing the way to the auditorium.

All contestants please READ!
Reminders and information:

1. We will offer an optional overall supreme winner from all contestants entered.
You may enter at the door for this if you haven't already and the cost is $10. Make sure to sign up at the registration table in the lobby, if interested (we don't double crown queens/overall title)! Please bring cash

2. We will be awarding a crowd favorite contestant (this is totally optional and has no bearing on the outcome of the pageant).
This is votes that can be purchased by the audience, votes are $1 each and the contestant who has the most votes (money) will be awarded the Crowd Favorite award. This includes a nice large trophy, tiara, and sash. Please bring cash for ticket purchases!
Crowd Favorite and Overall Supreme will be awarded at the very end. Please bring cash

3. Door admission is $5. Ages 5 and under are Free. (1 parent/guardian will get in free with the contestant).
Please bring CASH! We don't accept cards at the door!

4. Check in will be from 2:00 to 2:45pm. If you are not checked in at the registration table by 2:45pm you will not be able to compete. Please DO NOT be late!
Doors to the school will open at 1:55pm.

5. We will compete in age group order.
Pageant attire for girls is formal/pageant dress or flower girl type dress. Boys will be a suit or tux or Sunday best.

6. If you are crowned a king/queen, Overall Supreme, or Crowd Favorite please stay for a meeting about the parade and pictures.

7. Please be respectful of the school/facility and clean up after yourself. We are not responsible for items left behind.

On Saturday it may be hard to reach Amanda during pageant times if we are busy, so please let us know if you have questions beforehand.

For the contestants who would like to sell crowd favorite tickets, if you are needing tickets please go to our website www.doverozarkmemoriesday.com and click on the blue docx W at the bottom of the information page. This will bring up a word document.
Crowd favorite is not part of the pageant competition and has no bearing on the outcome. The winner with the most votes (money) will receive a nice crown, sash, and large trophy.
