A 501c3 non profit organization recognized federally and by the state of Arizona.
New Paradigm Outreach Collective was founded in the state of Arizona in 2017 and federally registered in November of 2019.
Since 2017, we have hosted approximately 60 long term volunteers and approximately 20 long term low income residents to teach farming techniques, natural building, gardening, canning, composting, various soil building methods, permaculture, hugelkultur, aquaponics, mycology, pruning, cooking, art, and music.
Our volunteers and residents fall into a wide demographic. They have been victims of domestic abuse, young people who want to learn new skills to start their lives into adulthood, members of the LGBTQIA community, individuals in financial despair who have an earnest desire to learn, and have lacked the means to afford skill building classes, and college graduates who just aren’t sure what to do next.
We have been a gateway to help people find that next step with new skills, a fresh perspective, and a new lease on life.
Residents and volunteers have participated in farmer’s markets learning to sell their arts, crafts, or goods that they made or the food that they grew, this allows individuals to feel empowered to integrate into the community in a positive way and to influence change in their families and the people around them.
In 2017 we received permits from the county to execute these projects and open a community event center/campground.
In 2019 we began developing an emergency "shop" where people who need clothing or toiletries can come and get what they need.
We believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive. So, our volunteers and residents learn skills to carry forward to the next group of people.
