Pleaseeee read those contracts carefully before booking!
I promise, I’m a very understanding person and I completely understand that life happens, plans change, and sometimes events have to be canceled. But I also want everyone to understand our side of things too. 🫶🏼
We’ve had some AMAZING clients who completely understood our policies, canceled when they needed to, and came back to book another date with us later, and we appreciate you more than you know. 🤍
Butttt… I’ve also been called a few not so nice names over our cancellation policy and have been told, “You’ll book the date again anyway.” 😅 Unfortunately, there have been several times when we didn’t.
Once your date is reserved, we turn other people away. And trying to rebook an event date only a few weeks before is really hard, especially after it has been unavailable for months.
So please don’t hate us for our retainer and cancellation policies. We’re not trying to be difficult, we’re simply trying to run a sustainable small business so we can continue offering this beautiful little space for everyone to celebrate in.
Read the contract, ask us questions before paying, and make sure you’re comfortable with the policies before booking. We want everyone to have a great experience from beginning to end. 🫶🏼✨
