At The 2020 Event Center , hall rental is 4hrs with a hour before for setup, comes with 10 tables and 40 chairs, (chairs only for talks) more available upon request for additional fee ($1.50per)… Decoration packages are available as well. NONrefundable Deposit is half to hold the date and the rest is due a week before the event and you can pay on it however you want up until then, th

Aniya’s sendoff was nothing short of a red carpet moment! Her vision was elegant Hollywood glam with tones of n**e, cream, tan, beige, champagne, black, and white and babyyyyy it came together perfectly DESPITE some setbacks and inability to use all our props visioned. For this setup, I created a custom hollywood inspired photo moment. Organic luxury balloon installation in neutral glam tones. VIP stanchion entrance with black carpet runner. Custom film strip and director board props personalized just for Aniya. We included a black and gold sequin draping backdrop. Of course we had hollywood silhouette props for the full celebrity paparazzi experience and an added luxe director chair seating area for her photo ops

The best part? Her gown matched the setup flawlessly. The champagne satin, pearl detailing, and dramatic train blended beautifully with the neutral Hollywood palette and made every single photo look cinematic, thanks to her dress designer Harry Rich Clothier
