Need critical home repairs? The City of Detroit’s Critical Home Repair Program is now accepting pre-applications through September 22 at 5 p.m.

Eligible Detroit homeowners may qualify for free repairs to address urgent issues such as leaking roofs, plumbing problems, furnace or boiler failures, electrical hazards, and accessibility-related home modifications.

Priority is given based on need, and applications are not selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
