Such a fun time today with the folks at DLCCC Engage! Meal planning and a few culinary basics with some apple nachos with some extra tips for success 🤗 Happy Birthday Teri and thank you for the photos!

Recipe attached, I used honey crisp apples, caramel, a bit of honey peanut butter, vanilla granola, pecans, white chocolate chips and cinnamon! Do whatever you feel!!! (Use a sprinkle or so of lemon to stop them from browning and it makes them extra yummy lol) I did a Lyonnaise cut for the apples so they layered nicely… good party app…

We’ll focus on a lot of basics for meal planning and prep with some pretty awesome folks through DLCCC! So excited! Giving the commencement speech was a big highlight of my life! It’sall about passion, sometimesi forget lol!
