For our guests on the FINAL day of The Des Moines Renaissance Faire at Sleepy Hollow... Sunday, Sept 20th.

👑IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: East 30th St & Dean Ave👑

Ticket sales have been limited due to the limited parking area. We fully expect to sell out. Buy your ticket early! We will post when all tickets have sold and will turn off comments due to the stupid spammers who have to ruin the fun.

Mother Nature shared more rain with us last night, and the Ren Faire has lost more parking area. So...

🟢VIP Parking will be on site at 4051 Dean Ave. These tickets are sold online only with limited availability. If they do not show as an option when purchasing tickets, they are sold out.

🟢Handicap parking with permits will be on site at 4051 Dean Ave.

🟢General Admission parking will be at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Ren Faire parking will be at the west end of the Varied Industries Building. (Look for signs)

🟢 Guest pick up / drop off is on the corner of East 30th St. and Dean Ave. The parking area is only 1.4 miles from Sleepy Hollow. (see pic)

🟢 We will chauffeur our guests with brightly painted buses to the Renaissance Faire! (It’s more fun with color!)

Important Notes:
🔷 Look for large signs with “Ren Faire Parking” to find our lots (East 30th St & Dean Ave)

🔷 Pick Up / Drop Off location will be near the State Fair Volunteer Check In. The building is blue and on the corner lot at E. 30th St & Dean Ave. (See pic)

🔷Security will be monitoring the parking area.
🔷Buses will pick up guests beginning at 9:15 am on Saturday and Sunday (19-20th)

🔷Buses will drop off guests at the front gate area of the Ren Faire.
🔷Buses will run from 9:15 am until all guests have exited the ren faire in the evening.
🔷 Buses will run continuously throughout the day.

Yesterday was a wonderful day at the faire, and we want to thank you for working with us as we tried to accommodate as many as we could. We appreciate your patience with changing conditions! Thank you!

Mother Nature has blessed us with rain this week, and we are working diligently with all of the puddles she left us. Parking has been adjusted so that our guests may have the best experience possible and not be stranded in mud! 🐷

Please read carefully…
🏰VIP Parking will be on site at 4051 Dean Ave. These tickets are sold online only with limited availability. If they do not show as an option when purchasing tickets, they are sold out.

👑 VIP Parking will be at 4051 Dean Ave

👑 General Parking will be at the State Fairgrounds

🔷 Ren Faire Parking at the State Fairgrounds will be at the west end of the Varied Industries Building

🔷 We will shuttle our guests to/from the Ren Faire.
🔷 Pick up and drop off is at the corner of East 30th and Dean Ave.
🔷 Shuttles will run throughout the day.

The rain today took more parking from our saturated lots. We continue to adjust to provide the best experience for our guests.
Today was wonderful inside the Faire, and we are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow for the FINAL day!

Our guests are fast! We have already sold out of the 1:00pm admission tickets.

If you have an admission ticket for today, you are still able to park at Sleepy Hollow...4051 Dean Ave. Please go to this location.

If additional parking is needed, and guests need to park at the State Fairgrounds, we will post it here.

We greatly appreciate you working with us on this, and our staff is still at trying to accommodate as many guests as possible.

These tickets are limited! The parking area has some room but it is limited. We will post when these tickets are sold out.

With the large amounts of rain recently, our parking areas have become saturated. Since the areas are still very soft, cars may go in, but they don't come out...

We are making every effort to accommodate as many of our guests as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with Mother Nature.

Through the day, we will monitor the parking and if possible, issue additional tickets at 1:00 pm today. It will be posted either way...if tickets are available or not.

Comments will be turned off for our recent posts as scammers are taking advantage of the situation. Please ignore the scammers.
