Policies:
~Max 7-10 people, due to Denver City covid-19 requirements
~Face masks required by all not being photographed
~Social distancing of 6' as much as is possible
~If anyone feels sick at all, reschedule your rental (no fee)
~Noise ordinance laws must be followed
~Plan ahead: include set up/take down time in rental
~Doors open and close at the start and end of your rental
~Overage fees $50/h

~Representative present for all rentals; masks are a kindness
~No smoking on or within 10' of property
~Keep it legal: no alcohol/drug sales
~Pack in/pack out own trash, clean up after use
~No illegal activities, no sexual activities at rentals
~Glitter or confetti use prohibited
~Payments for events are non-refundable; however, very flexible on rescheduling
~Any left spilled food or beverage will result in a $90 cleaning fee
