Happy Juneteenth!

Today we celebrate our community, resilience, preservation, freedom and joy.

Here in the “Harlem of the West” we’re gearing up for Juneteenth Music Festival starting tonight!

And all day today we’ll be at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science Archives with a paint for numbers!

Here’s some upcoming June dates you need to know!

June 12th - the last day to submit to the Oye Oinga Art Pavilion.
June 29th - The winner will be notified.

June 19th - JUNETEENTH
We’ll be doing a paint with numbers at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science from 11am - 3pm.

June 20th - Juneteenth Parade 11am.
Welton and 27th will be flooded with vendors at the end of the parade!
