Created by Quinn Harrer for Team Last Minute, this look transformed Neenah’s Royal Sundance & Environment papers into something sculptural, expressive, and completely runway ready. Every detail carried an artistic energy that felt both delicate and bold at the same time, proving that paper can become wearable storytelling in the right hands.

🦋✨ One of the most joyful parts of the Paper Fashion Show is watching young creators bring huge imagination to the runway, and “Midnight Butterfly” absolutely spread its wings this year.

Created by the talented students of Maplewood Elementary School, this design burst onto the runway with vibrant color, playful energy, and the kind of fearless creativity that reminds everyone why art matters. From the bold butterfly-inspired shapes to the glowing blues and purples crafted from Neenah Astrobrights paper, every detail reflected teamwork, curiosity, and pure creative fun. 💙💜

Congratulations to Stella Bertsch and Caley Kenney of Team Dahlia for taking home this year’s Star Student Award with their design, “2000s.” ✨📀

Using French Paper Company’s ParchTone paper, the team created a look that felt bold, nostalgic, and completely runway ready, channeling the energy and attitude of early 2000s fashion through layered textures, sculptural details, and playful styling.

Beautifully modeled by Haley Schiefelbein, “2000s” brought confidence, creativity, and a fresh student perspective to the runway, proving that the next generation of designers is already pushing boundaries in exciting ways.
