El Levanton Pork Pozole, Seafood Pozole, Pozole Verde, Pozole Rojo… these are just a few of the 20+ unique varieties of our favorite classic Mexican dish served at Bowl of ‘Zole™ Denver!

We also enjoyed pours from over 300 labels of vibrant agave spirits plus cocktails, wine, and beer! Needless to say, it was a good night!

We are so grateful to the amazing chefs and restaurants who shared their unique takes on pozole with us— and by doing so, shared a piece of their history, family traditions, and stories.

is a Denver-based non-profit that works to reduce hunger and food waste by recovering quality, unused food from the food industry and delivering it to nonprofit partners, such as food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, schools and daycare programs, and more.

Since 2009, they have recovered more than 50 million pounds of food!

We are so honored to partner with them! Stop by their table tomorrow where they’ll be making a green pork pozole. They will also be taking any leftover pozole from participating chefs to donate after the event!
