Well, here’s a plot twist.

We’re moving the Denver Short Film Festival to March 18th, 2027.

Because with Sundance landing in Boulder during most of January, we realized asking everyone to sprint straight from one film festival into another felt a little emotionally expensive.

We want to give our filmmakers, their films, and all of you the attention you deserve. Not festival fatigue.

So we’re pressing pause, giving things a little room to breathe, and coming back strong on March 18th, 2027.

Thanks for rolling with us, and thank you for continuing to support short films, independent filmmakers, and this amazing community. We promise it’ll be worth the wait.
