Exhibitor Registration Schedule

Exhibitor registration for the Southeast Old Threshers Reunion will be available during the following hours:

Friday, June 26: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, June 27: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, June 28: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday, June 29: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
June 30 – July 3: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (TRACTORS LAST DAY)
July 4: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - (ENGINE GATE)

Registration Deadlines
Tractor Registration will close on July 3 at 8:00 PM.
Antique Car & Truck Registration will follow the schedule above and remain open during the show through July 4 at 12:00 PM.
Engine Registration will close on July 4 at 12:00 PM.

We encourage all exhibitors to register as early as possible to help ensure a smooth check-in process.

***Trailers will be left outside the gates and parked in parking area. Tractors and lawn tractors MUST be driven in. Only exception to this rule are the engine trailers. However if you have tractors on them, those tractors must be taken off and driven to the gate to register to recieve the armband.

2026 EXHIBITING RULES & REGULATIONS • Golf carts, gators/mules and lawnmowers are the only vehicles allowed to be ridden inside the park. The hours that you can ride on the tram route and tractor row are 6am – 9 am and after 5pm. You can ride the above said vehicles at any time in the wooded c.....

The Fish Fry was wonderful last year and if your interested in getting a plate please call 336-859-2755 or email us and we will put you down! Plates will be ready at 6pm at the block kitchen.

Many people don't realize that one of the sweetest traditions at the Southeast Old Threshers Reunion is our Dress a Doll Contest! 🧸👗

Open to girls under 18, this fun contest lets participants create a one-of-a-kind outfit for their doll using materials provided during our dress-making class. It's a wonderful way to encourage creativity, learn new skills, and become part of a long-standing Reunion tradition!

🌟 Even more exciting... contestants will compete alongside our newly crowned Southeast Threshers Queen Pageant!!

🏆 Prizes Awarded:
🥇 1st Place – $50
🥈 2nd Place – $30
🥉 3rd Place – $20
🌟 Honorable Mention – $10

❤️ Every participant gets to keep their doll!

Meet on Wednesday, July 1- 9:00 a.m.

Judging:
Return the doll to Aunt Fannies Doll Museum Thursday,
July 2 by 12:00 P.M. Bring the doll completed with contact information.
