Jackson's Chateau Jackson's Chateau is a family owned gated event hall located off of HWY 80 near Regions Bank, behind Finishing Touch Hair Salon in Demopolis, Alabama.

Call Sonya Jackson at 334-327-9574 to inquire about hosting your event here. Base price for renting of our lovely space is $300 (subject to availability). Additional services of catering and/or decorating may be available for additional fee's. Inquire about those services during booking. Equipped with a kitchen that includes a commercial gas range stove and oven, a commercial 3 compartment sink, a commercial ice machine, a commercial two door refrigerator, and a commercial single door freezer. Our space holds a maximum of approximately 95 people.

***Upon booking, a $150 deposit must be paid in full to secure your date.***


***14 days prior to your event the remainder rental fee must be paid. An additional $100 REFUNDABLE security deposit for incidental damages must be paid as well***
