I am humbled, honored, and grateful to have been selected for induction into the OCB Hall of Fame.
When I stepped on stage for the first time nearly 30 years ago, I never imagined this journey would lead here. What started as a personal challenge to lose weight and improve my health became a lifelong passion for natural bodybuilding, coaching, promoting events, and helping others accomplish goals they once thought were impossible.
Over the past 20 years, our team has had the privilege of promoting nearly 40 OCB events, including the OCB Midwest States and OCB Spring Naturals, welcoming thousands of competitors to the stage and awarding well over 100 OCB Pro Cards. Along the way, I have been fortunate to coach athletes, judge competitions, educate competitors, and serve an organization whose values I deeply believe in.
This recognition is not mine alone.
It belongs to every competitor who trusted us with their contest experience, every volunteer who gave their time, every judge, sponsor, expeditor, backstage helper, and every member of the OCB family who helped make these events what they are today.
Most importantly, it belongs to my family and team (some have helped with all but one event for 20 years). The photos shared here represent years of support, sacrifice, long weekends, late nights, and countless hours spent building something together. Our kids have grown up alongside these events and have played a bigger role in their success than most people will ever know.
Thank you to the OCB for this incredible honor that is as much mine as it is the team that has made our events happen. I am truly thankful for the friendships, opportunities, and memories this organization has provided. I look forward to continuing to serve the athletes, competitors, and natural bodybuilding community for many years to come.
