Margret Zook Receives Winneshiek County Farm Bureau Scholarship

The Winneshiek County Farm Bureau Scholarship committee met to review the applications that were submitted for consideration for the 2026 Farm Bureau scholarship.

Margret Zook was selected as one of the recipients of the 2026 Winneshiek County Farm Bureau scholarships. Margret is the daughter of Joel Zook & Johanna Bergan of Decorah. She plans to attend Macalester College this fall and plans to major in Political Science and minor in Environmental Science.

We wish Margret all the best in her college career!

Hanna Vagts Receives Winneshiek County Farm Bureau Scholarship

The Winneshiek County Farm Bureau Scholarship committee recently met to review the applications that were submitted for consideration for the 2026 Farm Bureau scholarship.

Hanna Vagts was selected as one of the recipients of the 2026 Winneshiek County Farm Bureau scholarships. Hanna is the daughter of Derrick and Sara Vagts of West Union. She plans to attend Iowa State University this fall and plans to major in Animal Science, and minor in Animal Nutrition.

Haylee Hanson County Scholarship Recipient

The Winneshiek County Farm Bureau Scholarship committee recently met to review the applications that were submitted for consideration for the 2026 Farm Bureau scholarship.

Haylee Hanson was selected as one of the recipients of the 2026 Winneshiek County Farm Bureau scholarships and her application was also submitted to the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation for consideration at the state level. Haylee is the daughter of Jessica and Morrie Monroe of Ft. Atkinson She is planning to attend Iowa State University this fall and will major in Agriculture with and Health Sciences minor.

We would like to wish Haylee all the best in her college career.
