Raising The Roof - Winneshiek County Fairgrounds To raise money towards a new youth educational/community facility at the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds. Tickets are available here for $35 each.

A Saturday, Sept. 2, “Raising the Roof” fundraiser featuring country musicians will begin an effort to build a new youth educational facility on the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds in Decorah. High Valley will be the opening act for Craig Morgan at the grandstand on the fairgrounds starting at 7:30 p.m.; Morgan takes the stage at 9 p.m. They will be held for you at the gate. Tickets on the day of the concert will be $40 at the gate.
