I Am a Father 5K The perfect way to celebrate dads AND the gift of life! In only its 2nd year the event hosted over 800 participants.

The event focuses on health and wellness, youth development and mentoring, and family engagement. Now in its 3rd year, the event has expanded to Birmingham, Alabama, hometown of Founder/CEO David Manuel. Celebrating strong families, the I Am a Father 5K event is the place to be. TOGETHER we are Strengthening Families One Mile at a Time! Spotlighting books and projects by, or in collaboration with, David Manuel. I Am a Father and I Am a Mother Books:
Our current projects focus on the positive aspects of our diverse community, the intricate tapestry of families, as well as the intriguing stories of motherhood and fatherhood as related by mothers, fathers and their children.
