The event is named in honor of Cpl. Jeremy Allbaugh, son of the late Jon Allbaugh and wife Jennifer. The late Jon Allbaugh was the Vice President of Basin Tool/Oil Tool Rentals both AESC Member companies, and was assisting with this event prior to his untimely passing. Allbaugh was a member of the 1st Bn 4th Marines and was the first Marine killed in action from his unit. Allbaugh was killed in ac
tion on July 5, 2007 in the Al Anbar province of Iraq. The service line runs deep in the Allbaugh family as evidenced by numerous family members with prior service and currently serving our country. Jeremy was the nephew of Joe Allbaugh who served as Chief of Staff for Gov. George Bush and then as the director of FEMA. Jason Allbaugh is currently serving in the armed forces. Jason Allbaugh said his brother “always wanted to be in the military since I can remember. It’s something he wanted.”
The N. Tx AESC would like to allow Cpl. Allbaugh to continue his service, in memoriam, through this event, as he can continue to serve his fellow soldiers. The event will be limited to 20, 5 person teams so you need to register early and join us for this great event. As well, there are many sponsorship opportunities available, see attached sponsorship sheet if you would like to contribute.
