The Brown County Fair “Special Drive” is more than just a show — it’s an unforgettable experience. 💙🐷

This event gives students with special needs the opportunity to step into the show ring, learn from current exhibitors, and showcase a pig of their own after an afternoon of mentorship and fun.

Participants are paired with mentors to learn about raising and showing swine before taking part in an official show at the fair. From ribbons and smiles to confidence and connection, the Special Drive is truly one of the most heartwarming events of fair week.

Future exhibitors start here! Kiddie Showmanship gives youth ages 4–8 the opportunity to step into the show ring, learn basic showmanship skills, and gain confidence while exhibiting their favorite animals. Every participant receives a ribbon, making it a fun and rewarding experience for all involved. 🐰🐷🐮

From dairy calves and goats to rabbits, poultry, sheep, and swine, Kiddie Showmanship is a great way to introduce the next generation to the traditions of the Brown County Fair.
