Fancy a fun-filled day out while supporting a great cause? Yes, you heard it right! The Davis Turkey Trot is just days away, and guess what? This year Yolo County SPCA is the proud beneficiary!

The event is set for THIS Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, and we'd love for you to join us. Ready to burn some calories before the holiday season? This is your chance.

You can run or walk, mingle with friends, and have a fantastic time. The best part is, there's a virtual division too, so you can still participate even if you can't be there in person!

The funds raised will go towards key animal welfare activities. We're talking about spaying and neutering pets, providing foster homes with pet food and other essentials, covering vaccination costs, and more. Your participation can genuinely make a difference in the lives of many stray and abandoned pets.

Did we mention the special dog division in the 2-mile race? Your furry friend could win "Top Dog" prizes. And yes, there's a Barktastic Treat Bag with a unique dog medal, a bandana, and other treats. Plus, a portion of the treat bag proceeds will directly support Yolo County SPCA

The Davis Turkey Trot is more than just a race; it's about fostering community spirit and supporting each other. Whether you're a serious runner or prefer a casual stroll, there's something for everyone.

✳️Medal Preview!!✳️

The Davis Turkey Trot finisher medal features cut-outs for the running turkey with translucent enamel used in these sections to create a stained glass look.

All finishers in every distance will receive this medal (half marathoners will receive a medal with a distinctive half marathon ribbon).

We can't wait to see how these look in all your glorious post-race photos!
