This recognition means so much because it comes directly from our community. Supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many ups and downs of feeding their babies is truly the heart of my work. 👶🏼🤱🍼

I’m excited to join FIT4MOM Davis for their Ask the Expert series on Monday, March 30 at Community Park!

After the morning workout, I’ll be hosting a relaxed picnic blanket chat about lactation and infant feeding, with time afterward for questions. If you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or navigating feeding your baby, come by and say hi!
