HOKA RUNNING SHOES TO THE WINNERS! GET YOUR TEAM TOGETHER! Put up your tent, bring your lounge chairs and have a fun-filled day with your team. Take turns running the loop course and enjoy a break and a snack

while your other teammates take their turn. You may exchange the 'baton' as many times as you want - run 1, 2, 3 or more loops at a time... your team's choice! Additional Information
Ultramarathon Details: Runners complete as many loops as they can within the 6 hour limit. (partial laps do not score) The runner with the most loops completed in 6 hours or less wins! Relay Details: Time limit 6 hours. Relay runners complete as many loops as they can within the 6 hour limit. A team consists of two to four runners. Teams can register as Male, Female or Co-Ed. Each team member will run as many loops as they wish before handing off to the next runner. Runners may alternate as many times as they choose. Relay members must exchange in the designated “relay exchange area.” (only one runner allowed on course at a time) (partial laps do not score) The team with the most loops completed in 6 hours or less wins! PARK OPENS AT 5AM • $3.00/CAR ENTRANCE FEE

One member of each RELAY TEAM must pick up their Team's Relay Baton in the Pavilion on Race Morning!

THE RACE WILL START PROMPTLY AT 6AM

DIRECTIONS TO PARK:From I-595:Exit at Flamingo Road and go south for 3.2 miles to Orange Drive. Turn right and go 1.4 miles to Boyscout Road (SW 142nd Ave.). Turn right (north) on Boyscout Road for 500 feet and the park will be on your left.

From I-75:Exit at Griffin Road and go east for 1/4 mile to the first bridge that connects to Orange Drive; turn left (north). Take a right (east) at the stop sign at
Orange Drive and go .3 miles to Boyscout Road (SW 142nd Ave). Turn left (north) on Boyscout Road for 500 feet and the park will be on your left.

Participant Checklist
There will be an Aid Station with water, energy drinks and snacks at the beginning of each loop which you will pass every 1.24 miles. You may wish to bring your own drinks/snacks as well and set up your own aid station/tent at the edge of the trail. You can unload your vehicle but then you must park in the parking lot.

Other items you may want to bring:
Tent & Chairs • Headlamp/Light (first half-hour to hour will be in the dark)
Hydration & Nutrition/Cooler • Extra Socks/Shoes • Blanket/Jacket
Bodyglide & Sunscreen • Hat & Sunglasses • Towel
First-aid • Aspirin or other Medication • Change of Clothes

Remember this is a 6-HOUR Event so come prepared!
