This morning, I received a fantastic gift from a friend and fellow BIG THINKER, Jacqueline A Hart. This phrase from Maya Angelou has a new home on my Memories Table.

Our world is increasingly complex. Innovation, tenacity, creativity, and connectivity aren't enough alone. We need THINKERS who can bring about unimaginable futures to thrive. I'm ready! Are you?

This change is number 2 on the types we can design for. It's easy to see that it is transformational.

What does it mean? Often, the type of change we want from our teams, departments, or entire organizations is a journey that calls on each member to become someone they may not be able to see themselves as. What does their higher-performing self do? How does a more intuitive version of themselves behave? What stress will they encounter as a riskier employee?

Does the ground-dwelling caterpillar know what it will be like to live a life of flight one day?

Can you envision the potential of designed experiences to facilitate this change? I'm sure you don't view these experiences as insignificant. Designed Experiences enable us to achieve our wildest and most critical goals.
