43 years. That is how long Linda Darby-Dowers dedicated her career to Trigard, a fourth-generation family company that has been manufacturing burial vaults and memorialization products since the late 1960s. She built something worth passing on.

The company will now be led by Ethan Darby as Chief Marketing Officer and Ross Darby as Chief Operating Officer, both of whom were already co-owners before her retirement. Darby-Dowers is not walking away entirely either; she will remain on the board. The foundation she built is in good hands.
