Nate Nelson has brought up a very good point. How dare we want any credit for all the hard work we do! We spend months putting the show up and spend 3 hours every single night prepping & doing the show for people to enjoy. But if we share about the first card we ever received thanking us then shame on us for wanting a simple thank you. It's that lower class of people around here that reminds us why we should have never considered doing something like this for the community to begin with. We don't need a thank you to know we do a damn good job but it's nice to hear it. We are terribly sorry we ever wanted thanked or any recognition for our show or work. That will never happen again we promise!
As for money, we are fine without your support but some people in the community like to be a part of our show and support us. They ask us if they can donate. They help support postage fees, pyrotechnics, snow fluid and that's just the daily expenses of running the show, not the show itself. When we first started we loved doing it or obviously we wouldn't have invested the thousands and thousands of dollars into the show.
I'm pretty confident receiving "credit" and a simple thank you is alright.
But I'm also the type that says thank you if someone holds the door open for me 🤷‍♂️
For the decent people that live around here we thank you and wish you a Merry Christmas!

Thank you to all of you who chose to spend your Christmas Eve with us!
There will be one final day to see the show and light display on Christmas night and then lights will be off. We will not be doing our annual NYE display.
We will not be doing the show or light display next year.

We are expecting large crowds for all shows going forward. Please arrive early as the best viewing spots fill up well before showtime.
Also, don't forget to have the kids drop off their letters to Santa! If you provide their name and address Santa will send them a personalized letter back directly from the North Pole!
All shows are totally FREE!
Christmas On Privet is a full production light show with various special effects! Don't miss our finale....it will leave you in awe! Show is just over 30 minutes long. One show a night that does NOT repeat. Show is at 7:00pm!

⚠️Lower End Privet Residents⚠️
Tonight through Christmas Day will be extremely busy. It is highly advised that those residents living on the lower end of Privet Drive commute via Low Valley Road between 6:45pm and 7:45pm. The families that come to visit the show will appreciate this very simple act on behalf of yourself. For those individuals who still insist on driving through show traffic be prepared for delays and slow down. If your negligence and high speed racing results in you hitting a child you will experience longer delays than if you simply traveled via Low Valley Road. 🎅

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone 🦃
I just got off a 3 hour phone call with Santa. He wants to play a BIG role in the lives of all the younger guests that visit our show and we were working out the final logistical details and will have an exciting announcement this weekend regarding that as well as our grand lighting of the 2025 light display and the complete 2025 show schedule!
When we got off the phone he said something about it snowing but I checked and there wasn't any chances of snow.
I wonder what he meant by that......😉

We read all of your comments and private messages telling us how our show is a part of your family tradition, how your kids won't stop talking about it and how some of you even travel from out of state and we realized there is no way we can let you down!
No Grinch (literally 🤣) will steal the holiday spirit around here especially now after the outpouring of support you have shown us! ❤
