Richter Association for the Arts Richter Arts presents free, live entertainment every weekend each Spring and Fall, at the Richter Arts Center, 100 Aunt Hack Road, Danbury.

Since its inception in 1971, the Stanley L. Richter Association for the Arts has hosted some of the most interesting events of the Danbury area cultural scene. These include lawn arts festivals, lectures, ethnic performances, and both classical and popular musical presentations. Each autumn, area artists exhibit their works in Richter's most prestigious event, the Annual Juried Art Show, to compet

e for large cash prizes. Our programs are supported by grants from the Danbury Cultural Commission, corporate and individual sponsorships, audience admissions, and members' dues.

On Sunday, May 31 at 3:00 PM, the Richter Association for the Arts will present the final concert of its spring season featuring Elza Libhart and her trio: Joey Grieco on keyboards, Rob Gottfried on drums, and Elza Libhart on lead vocals and acoustic guitar. The performance will showcase favorite hits from the 1960's and 1970's. The Richter House is located on 100 Aunt Hack Road Danbury, CT. Suggested donation $20 is much appreciated.

Don’t forget tomorrow, May 15, 2026 is receiving for the Richter Plein Air Show from 1:00-3:00m. 100 Aunt Hack Road, Danbury CT.
The opening reception and show will be at the Richter House Saturday May 16, from 2:00-5:00pm. We already have many beautiful paintings, but more to come tomorrow. Be inspired to paint, buy, or just admire these beautiful scenes.
