What a great time we had regardless of that rainstorm..In the barn it was like having Junior Brown playing in your living room....kind of sureal in retrospect..very few people on the planet with that skillset.....

Boat ramps,boat slips,ocean 20-30 minutes away..play ground for young ones,hmmm what else ??? Ideas anyone ? Dave said this could be epic...that cracked me up...our goal is to leave you all in awe of the 10th DamBluesFest , Camping with the blues
