The **Dalton Dash 5 Miler** is known as one of the more challenging races in the area, featuring:

🔥 **5.25 miles**
⛰️ **302 feet of elevation change**
⚡ A fast downhill finish you’ll definitely appreciate

Most of the climbing comes early, rewarding runners with a smooth tapered descent toward the finish line. With only 5 turns, excellent course markings, and volunteers at every turn, you can focus on running strong and enjoying the views. 🌄

💧 Course amenities include:

* 2 water stations
* Bananas on course 🍌
* Traffic support from Dalton Police 👮

Ladies and Gentleman!

Please join us again this year for the Dalton Dash!

One change for this coming year!

Walkers will turn around at the first water table and come back through some of the prettiest roads in Dalton. This is being done to keep track of everyone and to keep the morning moving.

Also, If you plan on running and can get 5 referrals, you will be refunded $20!! So please bring your family and friends!

We will have a nice big printed map of the course this year for anyone to look at!

REMEMBER 100% of all proceeds goes to the beautification of our beloved town.
This race is hosted by the Dalton Community & Commerce Assoc.
