**Subject: Update on Launch Party Date**

Dear BED Attendees,

We wish to inform you that, despite the organizers’ efforts to provide timely updates, unforeseen circumstances have necessitated a delay in the launch party originally scheduled for September 28, 2024. The new launch party date is set for December 14, 2024 at DFW Dungeon.

We are currently in the process of identifying new details for this event and will communicate the updated details to the community as soon as they are finalized.
