Can we 🌮 bout it?!?

Even the horror movie villains can’t resist Kimber’s vinyasa flow Fridays.

Happy Halloween from your friends at YAM! 🎃 see you on the mat before you hit the streets!

🚨 THE YAM LOST & FOUND HAS REACHED CRITICAL MASS. 🚨

Jade has three yoga mats, enough water bottles to survive the apocalypse, and no hands left.

Jenn is wearing four pairs of glasses, carrying an orange towel, and can now see things that haven’t even happened yet.

We have officially run out of body parts to hang things on.

PLEASE COME GET YOUR STUFF.

We’re one forgotten child’s S T-shirt away from having to involve our feet. 😂 (Jenn tried to model that but, well, NSFW.)

Maybe it doesn’t have to be a big gesture.

Bring a friend to class.
Introduce someone to an artist you love.
Show up for your neighborhood.
Invite someone along.
Pass on something that made your day a little better.

Small things have a funny way of becoming bigger things.

A practice becomes a ritual.
A room becomes a community.
A stranger becomes a friend.

You + Me. YAM. 🧡

It starts with you. It grows from there.

Peace. Love. YAM. ✌️🧡🍠

Our hero. The yoga block.

🎨 10 Artists, 10 Days: Meet Kalika Antao!

Kalika finds her inspiration in nature, from misty mornings and quiet woodlands to wide-open skies and the changing seasons.

Working primarily in oils, she captures the light, color, and atmosphere of the natural world. Her landscapes invite you to slow down, take a closer look, and maybe remember a favorite place of your own.

Come see Kalika's work in person at YAM during the Lake Highlands Art Tour, October 24–25, noon–5 PM!

Ten local artists, two days, and plenty of beautiful things to discover. Free and open to everyone!

🎨 10 Artists. 10 Days. Meet Dawn Babcock!

IYKYK! This artist is already part of the YAM family! 🧡

We're especially excited to welcome Dawn Babcock to the Lake Highlands Art Tour because she's not only a talented local artist, she's also a YAM yoga member!

We love discovering the many creative talents within our own community. After all, bringing yoga, art, and people together is what YAM is all about.

Come see Dawn's work, meet the artists, and celebrate the creativity right here in our neighborhood! Maybe ask her about her tree pose!

There’s something about discovering something wonderful and immediately thinking:

I know someone who would love this.

A piece of art. A song. A performance. An experience you didn’t expect.

YAM has always been about more than what happens on a yoga mat. It’s about making room for creativity, curiosity and the people who bring those things to life.

When something moves you, pass it along. Bring somebody. Tell somebody. Let somebody else experience it, too.

Because the good stuff gets even better when there’s a you AND a me to enjoy it.

Peace. Love. YAM. ✌️🧡🍠

Women in Hats & Neurographic

**NOW SHOWING IN THE GALLERY**

There's more than meets the eye in Clara Johnson's latest exhibition at YAM. And in some cases, there's more to hear, too!

Clara's Women in Hats collection celebrates women, their personalities, and the stories that make them who they are. Each portrait offers a glimpse into someone's world, but some go a step further. Scan the QR code beside select paintings and you can actually hear the woman featured in the artwork tell her story in her own voice.

It's a wonderful reminder that behind every face is a life full of experiences worth sharing.

Across the gallery, Clara's Neurographic Art collection explores a different kind of storytelling. Through flowing lines, layered colors, and organic shapes, these expressive works invite you to find your own connections and interpretations.

Two collections. Two very different approaches to art. One artist with plenty to say.

Come experience Clara Johnson's work at The Gallery at YAM!

Her exhibition will be on display during the Lake Highlands Art Tour, October 24–25, noon–5 PM, and will remain at YAM for several weeks afterward.

Stop in, take a look, and don't forget to bring your phone. You'll want to hear some of these stories.
