Are y’all ready for the return of Southern Taste of Dallas?!
This year, we’re not playing. It’s not just one night…
It’s an ENTIRE 3-DAY WEEKEND celebrating the best Black-owned restaurants, chefs, and food businesses in the city!
Here’s what’s cookin’:
Day 1 – Food Truck Park Takeover:
Over 20 food trucks from across Texas, bounce houses, live DJs, and FREE FOOD for the kids! It’s a picnic-style vibe for the whole family!
Day 2 – Restaurant & Resource Expo:
A full-day expo connecting you with amazing restaurants, business resources, community programs, local colleges, and wellness brands. Panels, samples, networking, and more!
Day 3 – The Main Event: Southern Taste of Dallas Awards Show:
A red carpet evening honoring Dallas’ favorite Black-owned spots—from soul food to seafood, breakfast to BBQ, and everything in between. Expect live performances, surprise guests, and a celebration you won’t forget.
July 16 - 18 — Mark your calendars, grab your crew, and get ready to eat, connect, and celebrate the culture.
