Jeff is an Operating Partner and sommelier at 55 Seventy⁠, bringing more than 20 years of experience across restaurant operations, beverage management, and fine wine. He has worked alongside some of Texas’ most notable chefs and hospitality teams and has curated nationally recognized wine programs.

Last year, we were honored to recognize our inaugural winner, Chef Matt Ford of Billy Can Can, whose dedication to culinary mentoring, bold cooking, and community building truly embodies the spirit of this award.
