With Texas Open 2026 now in the rearview what a weekend we had.

With 350+ in attendance each day throughout the weekend across 9 game systems/events/competitions it was another record breaking year.

We successfully raised $2,700 for our local Circle 10 Council, Cub Scout Pack 121. Thank you to all who participated and bought tickets for the raffle! We have a new record donation to beat next year! We nearly doubled last years donation!!! - Your generosity means so much to us and even more to the Scouts and families that don't have to worry about money being a barrier to staying in Scouts.

It was a great weekend of camaraderie, games, and community all around. Our favorite part is hearing the tales of battle shared going over the highs, lows, and epic scenarios you enjoyed on the tables.
Congrats to the winners of each game system and our 2nd Annual Big Tex Painting Competition! Well done across the board!

We are still processing ways to improve and as always your feedback is welcome and appreciated. Let us know if there's anything you would love to see at TXO27 and if possible we will do all we can to accommodate.

Again, this couldn't happen without each of you spreading the word, sharing your stories, and enjoying the time we get to spend together as a community.

Here's to a bigger and better event in 2027! See you next year!

Couple of quick reminders for everyone attending TXO

1. There will be no alcohol on site for sale, HOWEVER, it is BYOB. There is a $20 convenience fee that will include mixers and water for those bringing in alcohol. Those who do not pay the convenience fee will be able to purchase drinks and snacks from us at reasonable rates

2. To alleviate traffic on Saturday morning we highly encourage anyone who is local or driving in before we close up on Friday to come say hi and check in Friday night. We may even reward you for helping us with traffic issues!nc

Warhammer 40K Champs GT WAITLIST ticket has been added to the site. We will progress in order of waitlist registration. We will contact via email on a first Waitlist request basis. You will have 24 hours to respond and register once notified or we will progress to the next registrant.

There’s always an opportunity to show up day of the event and see if there is open space. No guarantees but I’ve done it personally at other events and gotten in.

If you’re interested in Warhammer 40K Champs tickets, we will have a waitlist up tomorrow. These will be first come, first serve and the order of ticket acquisition will be order of coming off the wait list.

If you have a ticket and won’t be able to attend please let us know so we can move down the waitlist.
