The Packer is the employee who is responsible for making sure that all orders from the pickers are to packed properly, accurately and in the safest manner to arrive to the company's customer.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Verification of all orders provided to packers by Pickers for shipping for 100% accuracy
2. Confirm that all items being shipped are checked against the Packaging List or Bill of Material
3. Packaging and prep for all outbound orders (assure that it is packed safely and securely)
4. Data Entry on a daily basis using the Prelude system
5. Identify next day orders vs. regular standard ground orders choosing the best method to be shipped
6. Prepare packing materials for orders/Pack, void fill and close carton (pre-wrap items, bubble wrap, shipping paper, etc)
7. Manifest the shipment
8. Stage or transport the order to the dock area
9. Final Quality Control
10. Pick Orders as needed
11. Palletize (occasionally)
12. Additional job duties and responsibilities can be added at any time
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
1. The Warehouse Packer will be able to operate a pallet jack
2. The Warehouse Packer will be able to operate a tape machine, build boxes and operate a Shipping Label machine
3. The Warehouse Packer are required to be able to lift up to 50lbs.
4. The Warehouse Packer must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead
5. The Warehouse Packer must be able to work under deadline pressure

8. Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
9. Minimum Experience required: 1 year warehouse experience.

CNC Programmer (Carrollton TX)

Pay Rate: $20-$28 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours a week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.
o Plans numerical control program to control contour path machining of plastic parts on automatic machine tools
o Analyzes drawings, sketches, and designs data of parts to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, and machine speeds and feeds rates
o Determines reference points and direction of machine cutting paths
o Computes angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part
o Prepares geometric layout on graph paper or uses computer-assisted drafting software to show location of reference points and direction of cutting paths
o Writes instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide setup and operation of machine
o Writes program of machine instructions in symbolic language to direct numerical control database and regulates movement of machine along cutting path
o Compares computer printout with original program sheet to assure accuracy of machine instructions
o Revises program to eliminate instruction errors or omissions
o Observes operation of machine on trial run to prove programmed instructions
