What a day slinging skirt steak Uncorked this year!

We had a great time participating and doing a live cooking demo. We love using local products to make great food and connect with our local community.

Thanks to everyone that came out to support the Garden Club and all of our amazing Dade City Restaurants.

Of course huge shoutout to for the best quality beef.

Please welcome Guy Fieri and Julia Child to the Emberwood family, our newest Black Angus residents! They spend their days grazing under the oaks, supervising garden work, and offering the occasional dramatic moo. We’re already in love! 🐄🖤🤍🐮

Something new is brewing at Emberwood Manor… or should I say fermenting 🍇🍷We’re trying our hand at making wine for the first time using our very own muscadine grapes grown on property. Cheers to a little patience, a lot of learning, and hopefully, a sip worth celebrating!
